August NewsletterWritten by Sandra BrookAUGUST As you will already know we do not have any planned events for the month of August. SEPTEMBER On the 18th September we are going to Hotel La Plantation, Finestrat, Partida Arenetes, 14, 03509, Alicante. Arrival from 2.30p.m. to 3:00p.m Members from the north to travel directly to the venue; those from the south can meet with Dennis at Elche services on A-70/E15 at12.30 for 13.00hrs start. Pre-lunch drinks will be available at the outside bar (payable). The menu shown below will include a drink during the meal for 35€ per head. The other three Main menu choices will be available for the additional supplement costs as shown. In addition to the meal the lunch will include live music provided by The Costa Blues Brothers. If you plan on walking there please note it's a fair distance. Or a drive up into the mountains (Sierra Nevada) to see views including something to eat or drink in a village 10th - taxi to evening flamenco show, food and a drink and taxi back included 53€ a person 11th - Saturday stop on way home to visit Guadix NOVEMBER AGM DECEMBER Christmas lunch @ Stan & Ollie’s, El Raso Guadamar 03149 No Dinner Dance this year |
